further. Having overall control of planning and production she is able to keep you informed of
progress from the minute an order is placed to the minute the goods are delivered to your door.
Furthermore, Carole is always fully aware of our raw material and finished work stock situation,
enabling her to quote realistic delivery lead times. In the unlikely event of Carole being
unable to assist you, try second best:-

The person who started it all, Richard formed the company in 1974 and has been heavily involved
in the production of fasteners and fixings ever since. Whilst Richard employs a loyal and long
serving workforce, in whom he has complete faith, he still involves himself in all aspects of the
day to day running of the company, hence the harassed look! All enquiries for components which do
not appear on one of our standard price lists will be looked at and quoted on by Richard, so that
individual requirements can be considered in arriving at a competitive price for the customer.
